Welcome to Haya Herbs! We're committed to preparing and delivering your handcrafted wellness products with care. Please review our shipping process, timelines, and important policies below.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days from the date your order is placed.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Please note:
Processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will follow once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders of $95 and up.

Our primary shipping methods include USPS Ground and UPS Ground.
Estimated transit time once shipped is 2–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to location or carrier volume.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

  • International: Countries available at checkout

Shipping Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, natural disasters, carrier staffing shortages, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we are notified of a significant delay, we will update you as soon as possible.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is scanned and picked up by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer, and the carrier becomes responsible for final delivery.

Because we are not familiar with individual delivery environments, Haya Herbs is not responsible for:

  • Packages stolen after delivery
  • Packages marked β€œDelivered” but not received
  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Packages delivered to incorrect locations due to address errors provided at checkout

If your package is marked Delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Check all surrounding areas (porches, garages, back doors, etc.)
  2. Ask neighbors or building management
  3. Contact the carrier directly to open a claimβ€”they have the most detailed tracking information

We are happy to guide you through the claim process if needed.


Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address at checkout.

This includes:

  • Apartment/suite numbers
  • Building numbers
  • Correct street names
  • USPS-approved formatting (e.g., using β€œ#” before unit numbers)

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Invalid address
  • Customer failure to update their address

The order is not eligible for a refund.
Per policy, returned orders qualify for:

  • Store credit for the product total (shipping excluded), or
  • Reshipment for a $5.90 reshipping fee

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You may also log into your Haya Herbs account at any time to view your order status.


Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
