This is my fourth time purchasing the vital iron tea & my period used to last almost 6 days heavy flow! The first time I purchased I drank it just exactly how it mentions & by the time my cycle came I only had it for three days regular flow! I haven’t checked my iron levels but I can tell you that I’ve felt more awake and more energized just by this tea. YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR PART and figure out what works for you. I cut out major caffeine intake and played around with my diet , but this tea alone is definitely an add on to how my body is adjusting to this natural way of getting an iron transfusion instead of iron supplements . I am a customer for life !

While I haven’t used the tea yet, the oil does what it needs to do! Def works as advertised and you will not be disappointed. Get you some!

I started using this because my edges were thinning. I tried a lot of other oils without any really progress. THIS was the first oil that truly works. It’s smells herbal lol and feels great on the scalp. I’ve ordered 2 bottles so far and will order another one, soon.

Girl!!!! These are great products!! My skin was so flared up, not to the point that it was red but the breakouts were constant. But this isn’t the soul reason why I purchased this product, I bought it because I saw on Insta that it helped another young woman with her fibroids. Of course, those fibroids dissolved over the course of a few months with consistent use. But I was shocked when the first thing this tea did was clear my skin and give me a vibrant glow. I also purchased the fibroid tea (well, 3 packs), I’m going to watch God work on me.

Very tasty tea! Just started drinking it yesterday, so no feedback on the effects, but it smells delicious and is very enjoyable to sit and sip.

I like this hair oil although it does not have a great smell.

I suffer from terrible heavy and painful periods. I’ve been using this tea for two months now. I start drinking a cup or two a day a week before my period and during. I’ve noticed a decrease in pain and pms symptoms. My periods haven’t been as painful this past couple months. So I’ll keep drinking it and hopefully it keeps helping.

My hair loves this stuff!!! My hair is shiny, soft, and has grown half an inch since I started using it. It smells great and doesn’t leave my hair feeling weighed down and icky

I love this oil. I love the smell and the calming effect it has on my scalp. I naturally have super dry scalp on the crown of my head and if I don’t use this oil, my head becomes almost unbearably itchy. I always do a scalp treatment with this before washing my hair, and I recently started putting a little bit on my problem areas (crown, hairline) after getting out of the shower before drying my hair. It really helps the longevity between washes. I do think the oil contributes to my hair looking better, growth I am not sure about. My hair naturally grows well.

This little jar is so pretty and the salve smells and rubs in so well that it feels like a treat each time I use it. I definitely recommend

I’ve been on an air-dry journey this year and found my hair to be so dry and frizzy lately. Wearing this overnight has totally changed the game! It can def get messy when applying and I’m not totally sure how much to use yet so it might be user error, but so far I am happy with the results. Washes out easily the next day.

The scent, flavor, and color are all soooo good. I was quite skeptical about the libido boost part but it does work!
