I ordered this tea because I could tell I had an overgrowth of candida with my intense sugar cravings, white tongue and pain during urination. I mix this with colon cleanse and sometimes candida cleanse and it really has me flushing out after 1 cup. Very bitter like it says, but add lemon juice and its perfect! Natural teas and I'm so grateful for them!!
