How to Make Your Tea
  • Measure 1 tsp of tea blend per 8 fl oz of boiling spring or filtered water.
  • Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 10–12 minutes.
  • For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
  • Strain and drink warm or room temperature.
  • Drink 1-2 cups a day.

How to Consume

Each bag contains approximately 30–40 servings using 1 teaspoon per 8 fl oz of spring or filtered water. For best results, drink 1–2 cups daily. One bag provides about a month's supply,  we recommend drinking for at least 1 month. Consistency is key.
