How to Make Your Tea
  • Measure 1–3 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of boiling water (adjust based on your preferred strength and flavor).
  • Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 10-12 minutes.
  • For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
  • Strain and enjoy hot, or let it cool further.
  • Drink 1-3 cups a day
How to Consume

Each bag contains approximately 25–40 servings when using 1–3 teaspoons per 8 oz cup. Designed for daily use, drinking at least 1 cup a day You may increase your intake to a maximum of 3 cups per day.
