This is an amazing combination. Ive been struggling with high blood pressure for a while. I started drinking this tea. I went to the Dr on Tuesday. My blood pressure was 123/83. I recommend if you are struggling with high blood pressure.
When I realized by my current age my Father had had 4 heart attacks & 3 heart surgeries. As well as two siblings, one has artery stints, the other has had a heart attack.
I began to get serious about my heart health after my Cardiologist put me on an aspirin because of my family cardiology history.
I've always loved drinking tea. Under my Mother's guidance, the knowledge of herbal health remedies came from our African heritage. To my dismay, I never wrote them down.
When I found Haya Herbs & Ayurvedic Skincare I began my healing journey in 2022.
My apothecary is stacked with various Haya Herb teas, ointments & oils.
I had been drinking hibiscus for several years without knowing the health benefits.
Enter "Haya Heart"💖~it is a beautiful bounty of hibiscus and other healing herbs that heal my soul. I am confident that this cup of heart has what I need.
The description stated "heartache" & "heartbreak"-I know these well.
As in all my Haya reviews, I encourage readers to "Respect These Herbs".
I ALWAYS inform (& let them) my Specialist an herbal additive I've incorporated into my health regimen. Why? 1) It informs them where I stand about synthetic pills. 2) It builds a respectful & responsible relationship between myself & my provider.
Now, at age 65 I am feeling better than I did 5 years ago.
Another Win~Win Haya Herbs!

I’m trying to heal my body naturally, and take care of my overall health. I love these herbs because they help sweeten other teas, (for example, mixing it with the Vital Iron helps it taste become more manageable). I try not to add too much sugar even if it’s natural like honey or beat sugar and I feel like I can cut back when I use the Haya Hart Tea. *the color it gives off is also a pretty Bonus
First I would like to say the tea is surprisingly tasty, it almost taste as if I added lemon and sweetener to already but that’s just the taste of the blend. I’ve been drinking this tea all week and noticed my fluid retention has barely been affecting my body since I started drinking this tea. High BP was something I thought I would live with forever but this tea has me hopeful I will be balanced again. Thank you!
this tea is so gooooooooooood and I’m off my blood pressure medication!!!!
