How to Make Your Tea
- Measure 1–3 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of boiling water (adjust based on your preferred strength and flavor).
- Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 10–12 minutes.
- For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
- Strain and enjoy hot, or let it cool further.
- Drink 1-3 cups a day
How to Consume
Each bag contains approximately 25–40 servings when using 1–3 teaspoons per 8 oz cup. Designed for daily use, drinking at least 1 cup a day. You may increase your intake to a maximum of 3 cups per day. One bag provides about a month’s supply to help you experience the most consistent and effective results.

About a year ago, I noticed that my tongue had white stuff on it. I had gone to the doctor and was told that I just needed to do a better job with my oral hygiene. I see the difference
I have to admit I was hesitate about my purchase. I ordered my tea and left it in my cupboard for a few weeks. I started experiencing something weird with my belly button. Hi Haya! I wanted to give an honest review for your Candida Cleanse tea and Fertilitea! I’ve been using your products along with a Chinese herbal candida tincture and my results have been life changing! I’ve been suffering with BV and chronic yeast infections for a very long time. I even suffered with teast Overgrowth since a child. Eventually my body became immune to antibiotics so trips to my Obgyn and primary doctor have been useless. I decided to take the holistic route and came across your page. It has been nothing but a blessing. When I first started using your teas in Nov. results were not instant but I remained consistent. I continued to drink at least 1 cup a day every morning on an empty stomach and overtime I started noticing clumps of yeast coming out of my body. I realized my body began detoxing and purging. Fast forward 3 months later and I have minimal to no discharge. I no longer have itch systems or a smell. The white coating on my tongue has disappeared and noticed a significant change in my bloating during my menstrual cycle. Thank you for your teas. They have saved me and my womb! 🩵
