How to Make Your Tea
- Measure 1 tsp of tea blend per 8 fl oz of boiling spring or filtered water.
- Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 10–12 minutes.
- For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
- Strain and drink warm or room temperature.

How to Consume
Each bag contains approximately 30–40 servings using 1 teaspoon per 8 fl oz of water. For best results, drink 1–2 cups daily. One bag provides about a month's supply, we recommend drinking for at least 1 month. Consistency is key.

I began drinking it the evening that my package arrived. I went in with hope and within the first few days I noticed that I was not waking up with a white tongue or discharge down there 🐱. I’m gonna add that I am Mexican American 5’1 and 27 y/o as I know that it brings me more comfort, reading comments that include information like that. Another thing that I love about the tea is that you can drink it at room temperature. I try to drink it after it has steeped for 12 minutes but as a single mom, I sometimes get distracted with my little one and I find it comforting that I don’t have to drink it hot/warm and I think it may actually better if you let the herbs infuse longer

I will start by saying I am in no way a tea lover but I am in love with this one! The taste was actually really good does not need anything added in. I drank it consistently for weeks and I have to say I noticed a lot of changes with my body. Prior to this I did suffer from constant bloating, random rashes on my skin, sugar cravings and issues with bowel movements. After I was no longer bloated after eating or during my periods, I did not crave any sweets, bowel movements were more regulated and the random skin irritations/rashes stopped. Happy to say I will be purchasing again.
I really like the taste of the tea. While I haven't really taken it daily as instructed at the beginning(missed about 3 or 4days here & there), I did notice the difference in my bowel movements & noticed the color of my tongue. I gave it 3 stars only because I did not take it the full 30days to seel the full results.

These herbs are grown with knowledge and love because they really work! I have battled candida on and off throughout the years, so I’ve had my run with some of these herbs. Quality matters, however, and I believe Haya’s blends are as potent and organic as they come! My symptoms included skin breakouts, biofilm on my tongue, and indigestion.
