• Measure 1–3 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of boiling water (adjust to taste).
• Pour boiling water over herbs and steep for 10–12 minutes.
• For a stronger infusion, allow to steep until room temperature.
• Strain and enjoy warm or room temperature.
• Suggested intake: 1–3 cups daily.
