Cradle Crown Care Salve

Those flaky, crusty patches on your baby's scalp are common, but they can be stubborn. Cradle Crown Care Salve is a gentle herbal salve made to soothe dry scalp, moisturize, and nourish your baby's delicate skin overnight, so their little crown stays soft, clean, and comfortable.

Many cradle cap products are full of fragrances and synthetic ingredients, which isn't what you want on a new baby's skin. Our salve is:

1. Wash your baby's hair with a mild baby shampoo and gently pat dry.
2. Warm a small amount of salve between clean fingertips.
3. Gently massage into the scalp, focusing on dry or flaky areas.
4. Leave on overnight to soothe and moisturize while your baby sleeps.

For stubborn flakes: Use Cradle Crown Care Oil before shampooing to soften and loosen flakes, then follow with the salve at bedtime.

Use until the scalp clears, then as needed to keep skin soft. Before first use, do a small patch test on the skin and wait 24 hours.

The salve does a lot on its own, but stubborn cradle cap often needs a little more. Pairing it with Cradle Crown Care Oil gives your baby's scalp the full care it needs:
