How to Use
- Week 1 — Prep & Eliminate: Drink Colon Cleanse once daily (1 cup) for 1 week.

Weeks 2–4 — Detox & Calm: Use Root Cleanse, Candida Cleanse, and Golden Glow daily. Choose one of the two methods below:
- Rotation Method: Drink 1 cup of each tea per day (3 cups total).
- Pre-Mix Method: Combine equal parts of the three teas into one jar. Brew from the mixed blend and drink 1 cup daily (this provides a balanced dose of all three in one cup).
- Topical: Apply Calendula & Rose Salve to clean skin on affected areas 2–3x daily or as needed to soothe dryness and itching.
This bundle is safe for children, however if your child is not used to herbal medicine, dilute the teas 1-2 tsp of herb per 16 oz of water.
How to Make Your Tea
- Measure 1–2 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of boiling water
- Pour boiling water over the tea and steep for 10–12 minutes
- For a stronger infusion, allow to steep until room temperature
