Measure 1–3 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of boiling water (adjust based on your preferred strength and flavor).
Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 10–12 minutes.
For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
Strain and enjoy hot, or let it cool further.
Drink 1-3 cups a day

Great quality!

I like this blend a lot. It just makes me feel better overall. I drink tea ceremonially and for health and this is a great blend for both. The energy of the herbs and the way they are prepared are appealing. You can see the different herbs and flowers used. It's not overly ground like some brands I've tried. I have made a mild version and I drink it without honey. I've also made a stronger cup and added honey and it's earthy and delicious. Looking forward to trying the other blends.
