How to Make Your Tea
- Measure 1–2 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of boiling water (adjust based on your preferred strength and flavor).
- Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 10–12 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy hot, or let it cool further.
How to Consume
Each bag contains approximately 25–40 servings when using 1–3 teaspoons per 8 oz cup. Designed for daily use, drinking at least 1 cup a day for maximum 30 days. You may increase your intake to a maximum of 3 cups per day. One bag provides about a month’s supply to help you experience the most consistent and effective results. This tea is very bitter so it’s recommend to add lemon juice & honey.

I like this blend a lot. It just makes me feel better overall. I drink tea ceremonially and for health and this is a great blend for both. The energy of the herbs and the way they are prepared are appealing. You can see the different herbs and flowers used. It's not overly ground like some brands I've tried. I have made a mild version and I drink it without honey. I've also made a stronger cup and added honey and it's earthy and delicious. Looking forward to trying the other blends.

I used this along with the Vital Iron, and I am so glad that I did. The combination really helped my energy levels. I feel more alert and my mind is clearer. Very grateful.
It is VERY BITTER, I have to add extra honey, but I feel great after drinking the tea. I also purchased iron tea and golden glow. I love them!
Ok so this tea is VERY bitter so if youre not a real tea drinker or youre not ready to get real toxins out your body then its not for you. I put lemon juice and a little bit of honey in mine and it makes a huge difference. you only need a tsp or even half a tsp per cup. Ive been drinking mine 2x a day and im loving it. Thanks Haya
