How to Make Your Tea
- Measure 1 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of boiling water .
- Pour boiling water over the tea and allow it to steep for 10–12 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy hot, or allow it to cool further before drinking.
How to Consume
Each bag contains approximately 25–40 servings when using 1–3 teaspoons per 8 oz cup.
When included in a protocol, Root Cleanse is typically consumed as 1 cup daily for up to 30 days. Intake may be increased to a maximum of 3 cups per day depending on individual tolerance.
This blend is intentionally bitter. The bitterness activates digestive bitters and supports liver function, which is part of how the herbs work.
Many people prefer to drink the tea and then chase it with fresh lemon juice to soften the taste.

I like this blend a lot. It just makes me feel better overall. I drink tea ceremonially and for health and this is a great blend for both. The energy of the herbs and the way they are prepared are appealing. You can see the different herbs and flowers used. It's not overly ground like some brands I've tried. I have made a mild version and I drink it without honey. I've also made a stronger cup and added honey and it's earthy and delicious. Looking forward to trying the other blends.
I mix this with colon cleanse and sometimes candida cleanse and it really has me flushing out after 1 cup. Very bitter like it says, but add lemon juice and its perfect! Natural teas and I'm so grateful for them!!

I used this along with the Vital Iron, and I am so glad that I did. The combination really helped my energy levels. I feel more alert and my mind is clearer. Very grateful.
It is VERY BITTER, I have to add extra honey, but I feel great after drinking the tea. I also purchased iron tea and golden glow. I love them!
Ok so this tea is VERY bitter so if youre not a real tea drinker or youre not ready to get real toxins out your body then its not for you. I put lemon juice and a little bit of honey in mine and it makes a huge difference. you only need a tsp or even half a tsp per cup. Ive been drinking mine 2x a day and im loving it. Thanks Haya
