Step 1: Calm From Within

• Shake well. Give Calm Belly Drops by mouth or in a small amount of water, following the dosing on the bottle for your child's age.

Step 2: Soothe the Belly

1. Warm a small amount of Calm Belly Oil between clean hands.
2. Gently massage onto your child's belly in slow, clockwise circles, the direction of digestion.
3. Continue for a few minutes, letting the warmth and gentle touch help them relax.
