How to Make Your Tea
- Measure 1–3 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of boiling water (adjust based on your preferred strength and flavor).

I meant to purchase the lymphatic tea and I truly thought I added that one to my cart but for some reason I got the colon tea but regardless I’m glad I did! God has a way of helping you in ways you can’t think of. I decided to drink the tea before bed around 12am and had a bowel movement around 6am. I’m always constipated and I drink so much water that my doctor recommended I try hydrating other ways because just water isn’t working anymore. Anyways I will be purchasing again and the lymphatic for my pcos.

Listen I drunk two cups of this tea yesterday and I woke up THE NEXT DAY having to use the bathroom 3x and I’m pretty regular when it comes to using the bathroom, 1-2 times daily but recently I’ve been feeling a little backed up and I’ve only done a colon cleanse once, after eating a bunch of processed foods for years in the past before going plant based & eating cleaner. It’s good to clean out the colon & if you’re looking to do so I recommend this tea 1000%. Arianna you’ve made an amazing tea blend!
