How to Make Your Tea
- Measure 1 tsp of tea blend per 8 fl oz of boiling water
- Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 10–12 minutes.
- For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
- Strain and drink warm or room temperature.
- Drink 1-2 cups a day.
How to Consume
Each bag contains approximately 30–40 servings using 1 teaspoon per 8 fl oz of water. For best results, drink 1–2 cups daily. One bag provides about a month's supply, we recommend drinking this tea for no more than 2 weeks at a time, rest at least 1 week, then proceed. Consistency is key.

When I opend the bag, I thought to myself 'This looks like clippings from a lawn mower bag.' LOL
It works though. Drink a cup and in about 12 hours or so, you poop. Not an urgent got to go poop, but a nudge in your tummy.
And it doesn't taste like poop either! That's huge.
This is such an amazing cleanse. Unlike other detox products that leaves you uncomfortable with leaving the house or an unsettled stomach, this product is the complete opposite and works fast!! Love this blend
I figured this tea was just a healthy aid to ease the process of emptying out bowels over time but I didn’t expect it to do what it did to me. This tea emptied me out. I felt like I was going to blast off. Other than that this blend also tastes amazing.

This colon cleanse tea is the truth. I did overdose myself (I think) the first time I tried it lol, I drank 2 full cups maybe about 8 hours apart and that was a no no, but totally my fault. I was impatient thinking it may not do the job like other teas I have purchased in the past and was trying to rush the process along. I didn’t even need to do that. One cup did the job within about 4-6 hours. Definitely satisfied with this tea!! 5 solid stars ⭐️

I like to drink this sunday nights after coming down from my cheat weekend where I indulge in starchy foods then get back to healthy living throughout the week which also calls for calming chaos and brain brew tea sessions!
I meant to purchase the lymphatic tea and I truly thought I added that one to my cart but for some reason I got the colon tea but regardless I’m glad I did! God has a way of helping you in ways you can’t think of. I decided to drink the tea before bed around 12am and had a bowel movement around 6am. I’m always constipated and I drink so much water that my doctor recommended I try hydrating other ways because just water isn’t working anymore. Anyways I will be purchasing again and the lymphatic for my pcos.
