A soothing herbal ally for dry, scratchy coughs. This blend is carefully crafted to coat and calm the throat, ease irritation, and quiet persistent coughing spells. While our Breathe Easy Brew supports the expulsion of mucus from wet, congested coughs, Cough No More is designed specifically to bring comfort and relief when your cough is dry, nagging, and inflamed.

Not advised for those with high blood pressure or taking high blood pressure medication. Choose licorice free blend instead.

• Measure 1–3 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of boiling water (adjust based on your preferred strength and flavor).
• Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 7–10 minutes.
• For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
• Strain and enjoy hot, or let it cool further.
• Drink 1–3 cups a day as needed to soothe your cough.

Each bag contains approximately 25–40 servings when using 1–3 teaspoons per 8 oz cup. Designed for daily use, drinking at least 1 cup a day.  You may increase your intake to a maximum of 3 cups per day. One bag provides about a month’s supply to help you experience the most consistent and effective results.
