• Menstrual Moon Tea: Drink 1 cup daily. You can start during your luteal phase (a few days before menstruation) and continue through your cycle as needed.
• Magnesium Oil Spray: Spray directly onto your abdomen and massage in. Use daily or as needed for cramp support and relaxation.

Consistency is key, especially starting a few days before your period.

• Measure 1–3 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of boiling water (adjust based on your preferred strength and flavor).
• Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 10–12 minutes.
• For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
