How to Make Your Tea
- Measure 1 tsp of tea blend per 8 fl oz of boiling spring or filtered water.
- Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 10–12 minutes.
- For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
- Strain and drink warm or room temperature.
- Drink 1-2 cups a day.
How to Consume
Each bag contains approximately 30–40 servings using 1 teaspoon per 8 fl oz of spring or filtered water. For best results, drink 1–2 cups daily. One bag provides about a month's supply, we recommend drinking for at least 1 month. Consistency is key.

Girl!!!! These are great products!! My skin was so flared up, not to the point that it was red but the breakouts were constant. But this isn’t the soul reason why I purchased this product, I bought it because I saw on Insta that it helped another young woman with her fibroids. Of course, those fibroids dissolved over the course of a few months with consistent use. But I was shocked when the first thing this tea did was clear my skin and give me a vibrant glow. I also purchased the fibroid tea (well, 3 packs), I’m going to watch God work on me.
I have purchased several Haya teas and this one is the only one that hasn’t quite hit the mark for me. I have tried it several times but the flavor just isn’t my favorite. I can’t speak to the skin glow qualities since I haven’t had enough of it. Packaged well and still a great product for some I’m sure!
I’ve been having autoimmune flareups and this has helped me get through them sooo much better and it tastes amazing. I drink it twice a day and add it to the candida cleanse tea

This is my favorite so far, and it made my skin glow, and the acne that I have on my face is clearing up. I’m so glad it does not taste bitter and that’s a plus for me. I will be ordering more once I’m out.
