How to Make Your Tea

Each bag contains approximately 25–40 servings when using 1–3 teaspoons per 8 oz cup. Designed for daily use, drinking at least 1 cup a day for a maximum of 30 days. You may increase your intake to a maximum of 3 cups per day. One bag provides about a month’s supply to help you experience the most consistent and effective results.
