Kidney Keeper Tea is exactly what the name says. This herbal blend is formulated to cleanse and flush the kidneys while supporting proper kidney function. The kidneys play a major role in filtering waste, balancing fluids, and managing inflammation throughout the body. This tea works to gently support that process, helping the kidneys do what they are designed to do—efficiently and naturally.

• Measure 1 tsp of tea blend per 8 fl oz of boiling spring or filtered water.
• Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 10–12 minutes.
• For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
• Strain and drink warm or room temperature.
• Drink 1-2 cups a day.

Each bag contains approximately 30–40 servings using 1 teaspoon per 8 fl oz of spring or filtered water. For best results, drink 1–2 cups daily. One bag provides about a month's supply,  we recommend drinking for at least 1 month. Consistency is key.
