managing pcos leads go some tough pms-ing, but this tea really helped in relieving my cramps and bloating. it’s very comforting too, like drinking a heating pad lol.
I swear by this tea and anyone on here looking to get it, go ahead. It taste so good and I drink a cup everyday. My periods don’t last as long as they used to and my cramps are not even cramping anymore. I’m almost in tears writing this because I have been dealing with PCOS heaving menstrual pain and tried everything, this tea is the truth!
Tastes so good--balanced and well rounded. It's a really comforting blend. I enjoyed it a lot!
