• Measure 1–2 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of boiling water
• Pour boiling water over the tea and steep for 10–12 minutes
• For a stronger infusion, allow to steep until room temperature
• Strain and enjoy warm or room temp.
• Drink 1–3 cups daily

Each bag contains approximately 25–40 servings when using 1–3 teaspoons per 8 oz cup. Designed for daily use, drinking at least 1 cup a day.  You may increase your intake to a maximum of 3 cups per day.One bag provides about a month’s supply to help you experience the most consistent and effective results.
