How to Use
- Womb or Abdominal Massage – Warm a few drops of oil between your hands and gently massage over the lower belly or womb area in circular motions. Use 2–3 times daily for best results.
- Breast Massage – Massage gently onto breasts in upward circular motions to support lymphatic flow.
- Spot Application – Apply directly over areas with cysts or fibroids (external use only).
- Optional – Use after a warm bath or apply a warm compress after massaging to deepen absorption.
